    ▍‌Working Principle
    Hot water from the heat source flows into the top water distribution basin through the inlet pipe. The water falls evenly from top to bottom under the influence of gravity into the packing area, while air enters the tower from both sides. The water flow splashes into small droplets as it passes through the packing, enhancing the heat exchange between the cooling water and the air. The hot, humid air that absorbs the latent heat of vaporization is expelled to the surrounding atmosphere by the top fan, while the cooled water falls into the water basin and is then returned to the heat source.


    ▍‌Design Features
    The TCI cross-flow industrial cooling tower from Tinya can use a unique wooden grid packing material for heat dissipation, which has a large spacing and is not easily clogged. It is especially widely used in cases of poor cooling water quality and can meet high flow conditions. The unique cross-flow heightening design can handle large temperature differences and high-temperature water processes, such as 60-35℃ (25℃ temperature difference). The tower body framework can be made from four different material structures: steel structure, reinforced concrete, fiberglass pultruded profiles, and anti-corrosive wood.
