▍Operating Principle

Internal Circulation Water System
The cooled circulating water flows out from the tower body and is pumped by the system circulating water pump to the heat source (cooled equipment). The circulating water, after heat exchange and temperature rise, re-enters the coil for cooling.
External Circulation Water System
External spray water achieves the purpose of cooling the internal circulating water of the coil through heat exchange with the coil and packing, then falls into the lower water tank, and is pumped by the spray water pump back to the spray water tank for recirculation.
The cooled internal circulation water exchanges heat and mass with the external spray water and air through the coil, avoiding direct contact between the cooled water and air, which could lead to water quality contamination.
Since the spray water has been pre-cooled through PVC packing, its heat exchange effect is more pronounced.
▍Application Range
It is suitable for a wide temperature range, and is more suitable for places with high noise requirements and limited vertical installation space. Multiple units can be combined in parallel to form various cooling tower groups with different water volumes.
