    ▍‌Operating Principle

     


    The circulating water system is divided into:
    Internal Circulating Water System:
    The circulating water passes through the heat source for heat exchange and heating, entering the hot-dip galvanizing heat exchanger, where heat is transferred to the outside through the heat exchanger pipes. The cooled circulating water is sent back to the heat source by the system's circulating water pump.
    External Circulating Water System:
    The spray water is sent from the lower water tank to the upper water distribution pipeline by the spray water pump. After the water is sprayed out, it comes into contact with the heat exchanger pipes, and some of the water evaporates, taking away heat. The cooled spray water falls back into the lower water tank for recirculation.
    The internal circulating water exchanges heat through the heat exchanger pipes, avoiding direct contact with external circulating water and air, which could lead to water quality contamination.

    High Heat Exchange Efficiency
    The efficient heat exchange is achieved through a unique heat exchange design, where air and water flow in opposite directions on the inside and outside of the plate, maximizing heat exchange efficiency. The entire heat exchanger undergoes overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment to enhance corrosion resistance. Before leaving the factory, each pipe undergoes three strict air pressure tests at 2.5MPa.


    Reliable Drive System
    ● Uses a fully enclosed motor with a certain overload capacity and a long service life.
    ● The aluminum alloy fan with wing-shaped wide blades results in low operating noise, low power consumption, and high efficiency.
    ● Heavy-duty fan bearings, with an L10 service life of 75,000 hours.
    ● High-strength belts designed for 150% of the motor nameplate power load, making equipment operation more reliable.
    ● Internally uses corrosion-resistant aluminum fan blades and motor pulleys.


    Efficient Air Inlet Window
    The uniquely designed three-channel air inlet window effectively reduces the entry of dust from the atmosphere into the water basin, while also minimizing the accumulation of dirt, sediment, bacteria, and algae in the water tank.


    Easy Maintenance
    ● The water collection basin is designed to be sloped for easy cleaning, allowing dirt to be easily drained from the basin.
    ● The air inlet windows on all four sides of the unit are designed to be removable, facilitating maintenance personnel to enter the water basin for cleaning and internal inspection and maintenance.
    ● The unit's casing is equipped with sliding inspection doors, allowing maintenance personnel to access the drive components for inspection and repair, and the extended oil pipes facilitate bearing lubrication.
    ● The unit is equipped with a motor suspension frame, maintenance platform, and ladder for convenient on-site maintenance operations.


    Small Footprint
    Compared to cooling towers from other manufacturers, the TAC cooling tower has a smaller footprint, saving space.
