Service Process

Pre-sales consultation
The sales staff will have a detailed discussion with the customer to understand the customer's project requirements and make the most reasonable answer based on the customer's answers and intentions. If the customer requires written materials, the designer will collect the customer's demand information and compile a complete design plan to deliver to the customer.

Solution Design
The design materials include but are not limited to the following:
1) Provide equipment commissioning and trial operation instructions.
2) Provide equipment technical specifications.
3) Provide equipment foundation installation drawings, equipment dimension drawings, and site layout drawings.
4) Provide brief description of the equipment, including: structural features, process requirements, application areas, etc.

Technical Exchange
Pre-sales technicians will actively cooperate with the design institute and the owner, and make reasonable suggestions based on the actual situation of the project. In addition, they will provide relevant technical documents according to customer needs, improve the plan according to customer requirements, and provide customers with the most satisfactory solutions with great enthusiasm and responsibility.

Contract Signing
The contract will be signed after both parties reach a cooperation intention.

Equipment production and inspection
A detailed and implementable quality assurance plan can control and supervise each link of cooling tower design, manufacturing, installation, inspection and testing to meet customer quality requirements.

Installation and commissioning
To ensure the safety and normal operation of the equipment supplied, Tyacht has project managers and technicians with rich practical experience who go to the site to debug with the owner in strict accordance with the commissioning manual, keep commissioning records, and solve problems arising during installation and commissioning in a timely manner.

Operation training
During the equipment acceptance period, Tyacht technicians are responsible for training the owner's technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.

After-sales service
Tyacht provides customers with after-sales services such as telephone follow-up, logistics maintenance, and information donation. The professional team protects the rights and interests of owners in all aspects.

1. Telephone follow-up
Tyacht will regularly call back every user it has served. The call includes:
1) Whether the cooling effect of the equipment meets the user's needs.
2) Whether the equipment is running smoothly, whether the noise value exceeds the standard, whether the water consumption for drifting is normal, etc.
3) Check whether the equipment has any malfunction.
4) Recommendations for antifreeze of equipment during winter use.

2. Logistics and maintenance
Tyacht provides a 12-month free maintenance period for all equipment and a lifetime warranty. The company has 4-5 emergency maintenance personnel dedicated to emergency maintenance to ensure that emergency maintenance work outside the general maintenance schedule is resolved.
Tyacht has a spare parts supply warehouse in Shanghai to ensure that consumables and other accessories can be replaced in time in case of emergency.

3. Free information
To ensure that the user's equipment can be used normally for a long time, Tyacht will provide the user with free technical information on a regular basis. The information includes:
1) Equipment maintenance manual.
2) Instructions for antifreeze of equipment during winter use.
