▍Operating Principle
The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant inside the coil exchanges heat with the spray water and air outside the coil, gradually condensing from gas to liquid. The temperature of the spray water and air rises after absorbing heat, and some of the water turns from liquid to vapor, taking away most of the heat through latent heat of evaporation. The water in the hot air is blocked by a water baffle and collected in the PVC heat exchange layer. The water in the PVC heat exchange layer is cooled by the air flowing through, lowering the temperature, and enters the collection tank, then is pumped back into the spray water system for continuous circulation. The moisture evaporated into the air is replenished by a water level regulator.
▍Performance Characteristics
● Condensing Coil
The evaporative condensing coil adopts a serpentine structure, allowing air and water to flow in opposite directions inside and outside the coil, achieving optimal heat exchange efficiency. After the entire heat exchanger is manufactured, it undergoes overall hot-dip galvanization treatment to enhance corrosion resistance. Before leaving the factory, each tube undergoes three strict gas pressure tests at 2.5MPa. The inclined design facilitates fluid drainage. The pressure drop of the coil is relatively low. The coil material can be made of stainless steel or copper according to user requirements.
● PVC Heat Exchange Filler
High-efficiency PVC heat exchange filler can effectively increase the heat exchange area and effectively prevent decay and microbial erosion.
● Reliable Drive System
It uses a fully enclosed motor with a certain overload operation capability and a long service life. The wing-shaped wide-blade aluminum alloy fan ensures low operating noise, low power consumption, and high efficiency. The heavy-duty fan bearing has an L-10 life of 60,000 hours. It uses corrosion-resistant cast aluminum pulleys and high-strength belts internally, making the equipment operation more reliable.
● Spray System
The circulating spray water pump uses a 360° large diameter nozzle that is not easily clogged, ensuring uniform water distribution.
● Corrosion-Resistant Structure
In the standard configuration, the steel plates used are made of galvanized steel. In special environments, stainless steel outer plates can be configured according to requirements. The louver is made of corrosion-resistant FRP material, with a large spacing to avoid clogging, minimizing air resistance and facilitating cleaning. The water tray is made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel, with an inclined design for easy cleaning.
● Water Baffle
It can change the direction of air flow to reduce the splash water loss rate; made of corrosion-resistant PVC material, the detachable design facilitates maintenance of the coil section.
● Easy Maintenance
The unit can be equipped with external maintenance ladders and handrails to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel, and the extended oil pipes facilitate bearing lubrication. The hinged maintenance door is easy to access, and the internal space of the unit is ample; an internal maintenance platform can be equipped for maintenance personnel to conduct inspections and repairs. The spacious internal maintenance space design provides greater convenience for maintenance operations. The collection tray is designed with an incline for easy cleaning and can easily discharge dirt from the tray.
● Air Intake Guide Plate
The large spacing air intake grille design avoids the possibility of grille clogging and facilitates cleaning. Made of fiberglass material (FRP).
