Tyacht cooling towers empower JinkoSolar's air compressor project and jointly promote the development of the new energy ecosystem

       JinkoSolar is a loyal customer of Tyacht. Since the first cooperation in 2010, the two parties have cooperated on more than ten projects in total. Tyacht provides JinkoSolar with various types of cooling towers, including TMC induced draft mixed flow closed cooling tower, TCC Low Noise Closed Cooling Tower, TCT Low Sound Cross-flow Open Type Cooling Towers, and TAT Induced Draft Counterflow Cooling Tower.
       In 2022, Tyacht and JinkoSolar continued to deepen their cooperation and provided TMC-365 induced draft mixed flow closed cooling towers for JinkoSolar's Hefei module air compressor and the fifth plant module 8GW project.

Project Pain Points


       As a photovoltaic technology company, JinkoSolar consumes a large amount of gas. 90% of its equipment requires compressed air. The factory is equipped with a large number of air compressors. A lot of heat is generated when the air compressors are running, and cooling is required to support the normal operation of the equipment.


Solution


       According to the actual situation of the JinkoSolar project, Tyacht selected the TMC cooling tower with higher heat exchange performance. The cooling tower structural parts are all made of excellent anti-corrosion and corrosion-resistant technology, which greatly improves the service life of the cooling tower.
       The main structure of the cooling tower is metal profiles, the tower structure is firm and stable, and the seismic fortification intensity can reach 7 degrees.
       The heat exchange coil uses 304 stainless steel coils with high thermal conductivity. Each set of coils has undergone a water pressure test and can withstand a pressure of 1.2Mpa.
       The cooling tower filler is made of original PVC material by vacuum blistering. It can work normally at a water temperature of 50℃, is resistant to high and low temperatures, has good flame retardant properties, and has a long service life.
       The TMC cooling tower is manufactured in accordance with the GB/T7190.1-2008 standard and has passed the CTI certification of the American Cooling Tower Association. It has good cooling effect, efficient operation, energy saving, and can work stably and continuously for 24 hours.
