Tyacht delivers TMC closed cooling tower to Hubei Hongmai High-tech New Materials Co., Ltd. to help lithium battery material companies reach carbon peak

Hubei Hongmai High-tech New Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Wanrun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lithium-ion battery materials, and is a technological innovation enterprise in the field of new materials.
Hubei Hongmai High-tech New Materials Co., Ltd.'s 30,000-ton lithium-ion power and energy storage battery positive electrode material project and Hongmai High-tech high-performance lithium-ion battery material project have an annual output of 30,000 tons of ternary positive electrode materials and 50,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate.
Among them, the Hongmai High-tech high-performance lithium-ion battery material project has an annual comprehensive energy consumption of 43,504 tons of standard coal, including an annual electricity consumption of 232.97 million kWh and an annual natural gas consumption of 12.25 million cubic meters.
The 30,000-ton lithium-ion power and energy storage battery positive electrode material project has an annual comprehensive energy consumption of 55,997 tons of standard coal, including an annual electricity consumption of 559.72 million kWh and an annual natural gas consumption of 250,000 cubic meters.

In order to implement the dual-carbon decision-making and deployment and accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of industry, in August 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the "Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Industrial Field", which proposed for the first time that the proportion of energy used by lithium battery materials should be less than 7%.
The "Plan" also proposed in the action to enhance the supply of green and low-carbon products that by 2025, a group of ecological (green) design demonstration enterprises will be established, about 300 green and low-carbon product evaluation-related standards will be formulated and revised, and 10,000 green and low-carbon products will be developed and promoted. Lithium-ion battery materials will usher in a broader development space driven by the policy support of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and market demand.

Solution
-PROGRAMME-

According to the actual situation of the project, the Tyacht TMC-838 closed cooling tower supporting project is used by the current field cooler and air compressor. TMC-838 adopts unique composite flow technology. The efficient heat exchanger adopts serpentine structure coil and thermal bending integrated technology to reduce welding points. The air and water flow in reverse inside and outside the coil to achieve the best heat exchange efficiency. At the same time, each coil undergoes strict air pressure test before the equipment leaves the factory. The inclined design facilitates the discharge of fluid. PVC filler can effectively increase the heat exchange area and prevent rot and microbial erosion.
The tower shell is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, efficient heat exchange and high operational reliability.

The cooling tower is equipped with external maintenance ladders and escalators to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel, and the extended oil pipes facilitate the lubrication of the bearings. The hinged maintenance door is easy to enter, and the internal space of the unit is ample; it is equipped with an internal maintenance platform to facilitate maintenance personnel to conduct regular inspections and repairs.
