The reaction heat generated by electrolytic copper foil in the production process requires a large amount of cooling water to cool down. Taking the annual production of 5,000 tons of copper foil products as an example, the temperature difference between the cooling water inlet and outlet is 5°C, the average hourly consumption of normal temperature cooling water used for the air conditioning purification system is about 1,000 tons, and the average hourly consumption of the total process cooling water used in various systems in the production process is about 1,500 tons. Therefore, the design of the cooling water system must ensure the safety and stability of the system, and energy-saving design is also an extremely important factor.
