       Hubei Zhongke Copper Foil Technology Co., Ltd. is the only domestic high-tech private enterprise in China that focuses on the research, development and production of high-performance electronic-grade copper foil (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Zhongke"), and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hubei Zhongyi Technology Co., Ltd. It mainly produces 6-300 micron electronic copper foil, and its products are widely used in printed circuit boards, portable electronic products, electronic components, automotive lithium-ion batteries and other fields.

 


       The company insists on combining introduction with independent innovation, owns a full set of production equipment and production process technology with independent intellectual property rights, and adopts internationally mature and advanced technologies to organize production. The production equipment and process technology have reached international advanced and domestic outstanding levels, and the product quality has reached the IPC-4562 (2000) international quality standard. Some indicators exceed the requirements of international standards. The products are sold well in the domestic and international markets, breaking the foreign technical monopoly on high-performance electronic-grade copper foil.        The reaction heat generated by electrolytic copper foil in the production process requires a large amount of cooling water to cool down. Taking the annual production of 5,000 tons of copper foil products as an example, the temperature difference between the cooling water inlet and outlet is 5°C, the average hourly consumption of normal temperature cooling water used for the air conditioning purification system is about 1,000 tons, and the average hourly consumption of the total process cooling water used in various systems in the production process is about 1,500 tons. Therefore, the design of the cooling water system must ensure the safety and stability of the system, and energy-saving design is also an extremely important factor.

       The TAT cooling tower body structure adopts a solid steel structure, and the outer panel is made of fiberglass, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, greatly extending the service life of the cooling tower.
       In the blower system, the fan blades are made of hollow aluminum, which is light and durable.
       The modified PVC filler with a special chute design effectively enhances heat exchange and can also operate in winter (freezing temperature).
       Compared with other cooling towers, TAT occupies a small area and saves space.
