Project Introduction
Changfei Optical Fiber Qianjiang Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changfei Optical Fiber and Cable Co., Ltd. (stock code: 601869.SH/06869.HK) with industry-leading independent technology. The company is located in Jianghan Salt Chemical Industrial Park, Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, covering an area of nearly 700 acres, and plans to build it into the world's largest optical fiber preform (optical rod) and optical fiber manufacturing base.
Project Introduction
The total investment of "Yangtze River Optical Fiber Annual Production Expansion Project of 1,000 Tons of Preform and 20 Million Core-Kilometers of Optical Fiber" is RMB 1,042 million. The construction nature is expansion. The main construction contents of the project are: relying on the existing 2# optical rod production plant to add an OVD production line; building a new 18# optical fiber plant, an 8# chlorine room, a D4 storage tank area and two accident emergency pools. After the expansion is completed, the production capacity of preforms will increase by 1,000 tons and optical fibers by 20 million core-kilometers.

In this project, Tyacht provided 7 TCC-80R cooling towers, 1 TCT-1000R01 cooling tower and 1 TCT-1000R02 cooling tower for the "YOFC annual production of 1,000 tons of preform rods and 20 million core kilometers of optical fiber expansion project" .

TCT Low Sound Cross-flow Open Type Cooling Towers adopts modular combination, and the number of modules to be operated can be selected according to the changes in the ambient temperature, thereby saving operating costs. The tower body has a convenient internal maintenance channel, which can help customers quickly troubleshoot problems and achieve real-time monitoring. The outer panel of the tower body is made of PVC, which can not only effectively prevent corrosion and rust, but also has a beautiful appearance. The cooling tower escalator and the guardrail on the top can effectively protect the personal safety of maintenance and inspection personnel, and facilitate the replacement of motors and fans.
TCT has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency and low cost, and is applicable to a wide range of flow rates. It has low noise type, ultra-low noise type, energy-saving ultra-low noise type, etc., which can meet different noise requirements.
