Project Background

China National Nuclear Corporation 404 Co., Ltd. is the largest and most complete nuclear industry research and production base approved by the central government in 1958 in accordance with the needs of national development. In 1964, Gansu Province established the Gansu Mining District Office at 404 in accordance with the central government's decision. It is an agency dispatched by the provincial government and exercises regional administrative power.
According to the unified deployment of the state, 404 will continue to undertake important production and scientific research tasks such as nuclear scientific research and production, uranium conversion, reprocessing, nuclear facility decommissioning and radioactive waste management, and occupy an irreplaceable and important position in China's nuclear industry system. Product Principle
The circulating water system is divided into:
1. Internal circulating water system
The circulating water is heated up through heat exchange with the heat source and enters the copper tube heat exchanger. The heat is sent to the outside through the heat exchanger tube. The cooled circulating water is sent to the heat source by the system circulating water pump.
2.
The spray water of the external circulation water system is sent from the lower water tank to the upper water distribution pipe by the water pump. After the water is sprayed out, it contacts the heat exchanger tube. Part of the water evaporates and takes out the heat. The cooled spray water falls into the lower water tank and circulates again.
The internal circulation water exchanges heat through the heat exchanger tube, avoiding water pollution caused by direct contact between the external circulation water and the air.

Application advantages: compact structure, small size, can be placed in the workshop, commonly used for medium frequency power supply cooling, mechanical water jacket cooling, etc. Large unit heat exchange area, strong antifreeze ability, suitable for northern use environment and cooling projects with large cooling water volume.
