Project Background


       The main construction scale of the Zunyi LNG storage and distribution project of China Nuclear Industry Fifth Construction Co., Ltd. is: a set of 1 million cubic meters/day purification equipment, a set of 500,000 cubic meters/day liquefaction equipment, a set of 30,000 cubic meters/hour gasification equipment, and a full-capacity LNG cryogenic storage tank with a water volume of 29,000 cubic meters. The total area of ​​the site is about 240 mu (including slopes), and the site is divided into LNG storage tank area, flare area, loading area, liquefaction unit area, gasification unit area, fire unit area, maintenance and air nitrogen area, office building area, and power distribution area.

       The outer panels of the TCC tower body are made of PVC or fiberglass, which can not only effectively prevent corrosion and rust, but also have a beautiful appearance. TCC adopts modular combination, and the number of modules to be operated can be selected according to the changes in the ambient temperature, thereby saving operating costs. The fan adopts wing-shaped hollow aluminum alloy, which has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, easy balance, large air volume, etc., and can be driven by a small power motor. The cross-flow form reduces the resistance overcome by the fan, and can have a larger air volume at a lower power compared to the counter-flow type. Even if the amount of water is large, the water pressure head is significantly reduced, so the energy-saving effect is obvious.
