As an energy and water-intensive industry, semiconductors have many process flows, and many manufacturing procedures have huge demands for water consumption. The semiconductor industry needs to use a large amount of process cooling water, and has certain range requirements for humidity and temperature. Due to the large amount of evaporation heat in the production process, cooling water cooling becomes inevitable. In order to enable the normal use of semiconductor industry equipment, cooling towers are its indispensable supporting facilities.

Features of TMC closed cooling towers Compared with open cooling towers, the cooled process fluid flows in a closed pipeline, avoiding the contamination of the process fluid caused by direct contact between the cooled water and the outside air, making the entire system more advantageous in operation and maintenance. TMC closed cooling towers adopt a unique composite flow technology, which concentrates the characteristics of cross-flow closed cooling towers and open cooling towers, with efficient heat exchange and high operating reliability.

Tyacht delivered 40 TMC-796 cooling towers, 20 TMC-856 cooling towers, 5 TAT-X761R cooling towers, and 2 TMC-148 cooling towers to Yuze Semiconductor (Yunnan) Co., Ltd.
The TAT series cooling tower is designed based on a solid steel structure and efficient countercurrent operation, and is the most efficient product in the cooling tower industry. The unique counter-flow fill design makes it an ideal unit for winter (freezing temperatures) operation.
