       Shanghai Aixu New Energy Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600732) is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of solar cells. It has outstanding photovoltaic cell manufacturing technology and production supply capabilities in the industry and is one of the world's major suppliers of photovoltaic cells. The company currently has four major production bases in Foshan, Guangdong, Yiwu, Zhejiang, Tianjin, and Zhuhai, Guangdong.
       Aixu shares are deeply involved in the international market, and its products are exported to South Korea, Japan, India, Europe and other countries and regions. In 2019, the export volume of batteries ranked first in the world and was favored by global crystalline silicon module companies. The company has advanced R&D centers in Zhejiang and Germany, and the number of patented technologies in the field of solar cells ranks first in the world.


Project introduction


       The Zhuhai Aixu Solar Energy Project is invested and constructed by Shanghai Aixu New Energy Co., Ltd. The project is located south of Fushan Avenue in Fushan Industrial Park, covers an area of ​​1,125 acres, with a total investment of 18 billion yuan. The project is divided into three phases.
       At present, the main plant and major monomers of the first phase of the project have been capped and will be put into production this year. By then, the world's first technology owned by the project-silver removal metallization technology will break the bottleneck of the industry and completely solve the problem of precious metal silver blocking the crystalline silicon solar cell.
       After the completion of the third phase of the Zhuhai Aixu Solar Energy Project, the annual output value is expected to reach 31.2 billion yuan and provide more than 6,000 jobs.

       In June 2022, Tyacht won the bid for the Zhuhai Aixu Solar Energy Project.
       In August 2022, four TMC-696 closed cooling towers were successfully delivered.

       The cooled process fluid of TMC induced draft mixed flow closed cooling tower flows in a closed pipeline, avoiding the process fluid contamination caused by direct contact between the cooled water and the outside air, making the whole system more advantageous in operation and maintenance.
       The unique composite flow technology of TMC closed cooling tower concentrates the characteristics of cross-flow closed cooling tower and open cooling tower, with efficient heat exchange and high operating reliability.
       Efficient heat exchange. The efficient heat exchanger adopts serpentine structure coil, and the air and water flow in reverse inside and outside of the coil to achieve the best heat exchange efficiency. After the whole heat exchanger is manufactured, the overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment is adopted to improve the corrosion resistance. Before the equipment leaves the factory, each pipe undergoes three strict air pressure tests of 2.5MPa. The inclined design facilitates the discharge of fluid. PVC filler can effectively increase the heat exchange area, prevent rot and microbial erosion.
       Corrosion-resistant structure. In the standard configuration, the steel plate used is made of galvanized steel plate. Stainless steel outer plate can also be configured according to requirements for special environments. The shutters are made of corrosion-resistant PVC, with large spacing to avoid clogging, minimize air resistance, and are easy to clean. The water pan is made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel, and the tilted design is easy to clean.
       Easy maintenance. The unit can be equipped with external maintenance ladders and escalators to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel, and the extended oil pipe is convenient for bearing lubrication. The hinged maintenance door is easy to enter, and the internal space of the unit is ample; it can be equipped with an internal maintenance platform for maintenance personnel to inspect and repair. The water collection tray is tilted for easy cleaning, and dirt can be easily discharged from the water tray.
