Assisting the photovoltaic industry

The International Energy Agency (IEA) released the "2021 Global Photovoltaic Report", which shows that the global photovoltaic market will grow strongly again in 2021, with an annual installed capacity of 175GW+, an increase of 20.7% over the previous year, and a cumulative installed capacity of 942GW+, an increase of 22.8% over the previous year. China is the country with the largest installed capacity in the world, with an annual installed capacity of 54.9GW, an increase of 40% over the previous year.
As an excellent manufacturer and service provider of cooling equipment, Tyacht is committed to the development, design, production, sales, consulting and service of cooling equipment, helping the energy-saving and sustainable development of China's photovoltaic industry, ensuring the cooling capacity required for production, improving system production efficiency, achieving the goal of energy saving and water saving, and laying a solid foundation for large-scale production.

Baotou Shansheng New Energy Co., Ltd.

Baotou Shansheng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in March 2004. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Shanlu Energy Group with a registered capital of RMB 700 million and more than 4,000 employees. The company is located in the Tuyou Banner New Industrial Park in Baotou City, in the Golden Triangle Economic Zone of Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos.
The company takes "using waste materials, developing circular economy and creating green energy" as its development model, that is, using the recycled water produced by coal gangue and sewage treatment to carry out cogeneration of heat and power, and the generated electricity is used for production in various links of the photovoltaic industry chain, and finally realizes solar power generation, thereby achieving the conversion from non-renewable energy to renewable green and clean energy.
Tyacht delivered TCC Low Noise Closed Cooling Tower to Baotou Shansheng New Energy Co., Ltd., with the following specifications: 6 units of TCC-1050R07, 3 units of TCC-200TR and 1 unit of TCC-150R.
The TCC tower body is made of PVC or fiberglass, and the copper pipe thread is connected to the riser, which is easy to disassemble. It has many characteristics such as corrosion resistance, low noise, energy saving, high heat exchange efficiency, and low system operating cost.

Gansu Guazhou Baofenggui Materials Development Co., Ltd.

Gansu Guazhou Baofeng Precious Materials Development Co., Ltd. plans to build the Gansu Baofeng polysilicon upstream and downstream synergy project, with an annual production capacity of 350,000 tons of industrial silicon, 300,000 tons of polysilicon, 50 GW of crystal pulling and slicing, 30 GW of battery module production equipment, and supporting 15 GW of photovoltaic and wind power stations.
Tyacht will provide induced draft mixed flow closed cooling towers for the 2.5GW slicing device of the first phase silicon material project: 4 TMC-S798 and 2 TMC-S270.
The TMC tower body enclosure wall panels are made of galvanized steel, and the heat exchanger uses 304 stainless steel heat exchange coils, which makes the cooling tower heat exchange effect better and has a longer service life. The end face design and space layout of the beams and columns in the tower fully consider the requirements of water distribution uniformity and low air resistance on the premise of fully ensuring the overall strength and stability of the equipment.

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd.

JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010. In 2016, JinkoSolar became the world's largest module manufacturer and has ranked first in global photovoltaic module shipments for four consecutive years. As of December 31, 2020, JinkoSolar's cumulative global shipments exceeded 70GW, ranking first in the industry. It is expected that by the end of 2021, the annual production capacity of integrated monocrystalline silicon wafers, solar cells and solar modules produced by JinkoSolar will reach 32.5GW, 24GW (including 940MW N-type cells) and 45GW respectively.
As the world's first solar energy company to join RE100, JinkoSolar has always adhered to the vision of "changing the energy structure and taking responsibility for the future", and is committed to promoting the widespread application of photovoltaic power generation around the world, and promoting the realization of China's "3060 dual carbon" goals with continuous technological innovation, and creating a sustainable green earth home.
JinkoSolar's Vietnam factory is a strategic project for JinkoSolar's global layout in 2021. Tyacht provides 38 induced draft mixed flow closed cooling towers (TMC-696S) for the JinkoSolar monocrystalline project in Vietnam.
The TMC tower enclosure wall panels are made of galvanized steel, and the heat exchanger uses 304 stainless steel heat exchange coils, which makes the cooling tower have better heat exchange effect and longer service life. The end face design and spatial arrangement of the beams and columns in the tower fully consider the requirements of water distribution uniformity and low air distribution resistance while fully ensuring the overall strength and stability of the equipment.
The product has the advantages of compact structure, strong corrosion resistance of the heat exchange coil, excellent return air effect, easy access to the water pan, and reasonable design of the spray water distribution system.
